Darker than expected but still good

The colour is much darker than expected. It appears more as black with a hue of indigo than actual blue. Very nice consistency and ink flow when using a dip pen. The writing is very smooth and the ink hardly ever flows too much on the page. This ink and the other Diamine ink (Poinsettia) leaked in transit, but they were secured in a plastic bag to prevent spoiling the package and making a mess. When I informed KnightWriting, they were very quick to send replacement samples for me that arrived in perfect condition! Definitely ordering again! :)
